Returns, Changes & Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 5 days for a full refund, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. All scopes must be unused and in 100% original condition with all labels and paperwork in tact. You must have a "Return Authorization" (RA) before returning any item. Contact us by phone or email for a Return Authorization. No returns on closeout items or optics.
We will try to help you with a change to your order before it ships. If the order change request is e-mailed, please save a copy for future reference. Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice. However, we will attempt to contact you before we ship if a price changes. This applies to all items, including special orders and backorders. Due to the special nature of some items, exact prices are not known until delivery is made to us. We reserve all rights for final pricing.
Defective or Incorrect Items If a product is defective or is not the product that you ordered, we will either replace the product or give you a full refund, less shipping costs. We cannot replace products that have been used. If they are covered under the manufacturer's warranty these items can be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement. We do not give refunds on Optics or Closeout items.
Orders can only be cancelled if the item has not been shipped. A 20% restocking fee applies if the order has been processed. We will confirm the cancellation with you via e-mail. If you do not get a return confirmation, Your Order Has Not Been Cancelled! Contact us Immediately if you Do Not receive a reply to your request to cancel! Please include your Order Information, Your Name and the word "Cancel" in the subject line of your e-mail. Email is not 100% reliable. Most e-mail systems filter all mail for possible viruses and good emails can be lost from time to time. We will reply to your cancellation with a dated reply.
